REFLECTIONS :  
Experience -
This was by far one of the most BRUTAL semesters I've experienced. Almost all of my modules were heavy causing my workload to be heavier :') Personally, this module was very fun to carry out as we get to propose and brand a campaign but it was also one of the hardest (and heaviest, in terms of workload) modules for me. It was also a challenging one for me as I feel like the art direction proposed for my reforestation campaign is not usually in a style that I would design. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed myself while doing the tasks! I'm also really satisfied with how my work turned out. Biggest thankyou to Ms Lilian for guiding us and providing insightful comments every week! It surely helped me while I was struggling in Task 3 :> 

Observations - 
This was what I observed in Week 12 but when we're constantly looking at our design, hearing new opinions or feedback from others can really point out the mistakes we've made. It was great that we were able to share our own opinions on our classmate's design during the group consultation. I also obersved that it is important for our touchpoints to make sense. Although this is just us designing a imaginary campaign, we still have to treat it like a real one.

Findings - 
As mentioned in my reflection for Task 3, having a customer jouney map as well as a clear timeline VERY crucial! It helps us keep manage and keep track of our progress! It shows us how the overall campaign will go about which (as a visual learner) is super helpful since I am able to visualise how each stage of the campaign can or will look like. This is something I would use the next time if I'm doing something similar to this module :)
